My bank requires the first 3 pages of a T1 General / NOA for 2011 & 2012 for me to apply for a loan.
I had a flood in the basement where most of my papers were stored, so I don't think I have them any more.
Where can I go / call to get another copy of them?
I have a Service Canada account, but the previous forms are not there.
Am I able to call and request the forms in question & how long should it take to receive.
I filed my taxes through H&R Block, the first year, and filed on own second year, if that makes any difference.

H&R block would have copies of any year you filed through them.

Contact Canada Revenue Agency will have your original filings for all years. You can contact them at 1-800-959-8281. Copies of notice of assessments can be obtained online. You'd have to call and ask for copies of your returns themselves.
