Most employers do not pay you to use your personal vehicle. You have not given much info here.
If you have a contract stating that you will be paid to do so, then the contract would state the rate
per KM. Otherwise, ask your employer.

Each company has their own reimbursement policy for travel expenses. In 2011, 45 cents/ km is a fair rate.
