Last year I moved around alot, and didn't get them from my other jobs. Also I remember the first year I had gotten them done, I had to go to an office downtown and get a print of of something like my t-4's, but they had told me it was the last year for that service, but that there was a website I can go to, which i'm also looking for (if anyone knows). Thanks.

Simple answer, you can actually file a blank tax return with CRA and they will fill in the information they have on file for you. But I don't recommend it. Call this number 1 800 959 5525, identify yourself, SIN, birth date and last known address CRA has on file, they will either offer to send you a print out of all the T slips on file, or if there is a district taxation office near you, you can make an appt and go and pick them up. Failing that, on the website you can register for an epass under the my account tab, they will once you register, send you a password where you can search your own account.. Once you have everything you should then be able to file your own tax return, or pay someone like me to do it for you....Be sure when you get all the slips, they are all yours and they are jobs you worked at, if any are missing contact the employers, they also have to keep a copy and will mail you the original once you provide them with a current address. I've provided the CRA website for you. Best of luck.

The website you are referring to is likely:

http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/eservices/tax/individuals/myaccount/menu-e.html

You'll have to wait a few days for them to mail you the access code, though. and it doesn't have the T4 slips online yet.

What you can do is call 1-800-959-8281. You'll need to have some indentifying information handy - line 150 from your most recent return is a common one, plus your name, SIN, and address as well. They will mail the information to you.

Another option is contacting your former employers and going to pick up the T4 slips from them, if you're still in the area.

The number given is incorrect. That is for business services. You need to call 1-800-959-8281 to get copies of your T-4 s. You will need some information about where you worked, previous addresses, what you may have claimed previously or any number of other things, as they cannot supply this info until you establish your identity.

write or phone the CRA they should have a copy of your T4's, they'll use your SIN number likely to match your employment records.
